Amanda Bynes Wants a Million Dollars a Year and You'll Never Guess Why

Amanda Bynes wants to be given a good chunk of change.

Specifically, the former child star wants a million bucks a year, and although that request doesn't seem too out of the ordinary (who wouldn't want that?!), it's her reasoning as to why she's entitled to that kind of money that raises a few eyebrows.

Bynes took to Twitter—as usual—to explain why she deserves all that moolah (oh yeah, this one's a doozy).

"I Want A Million Dollars A Year For Illegally Having My Mind Read And Privacy Stolen," she wrote.
Yes, go ahead and reread that if you need to. After wondering what the heck she's getting at, you may be tempted to analyze this tweet because it's both ridiculous and intriguing, but ain't nobody got time for that. Mondays are hard enough as it is.

Until today, it seemed like Bynes was taking a break from posting odd (or "ugly") tweets, since her most recent posts from the past couple of days did not deliver the usual OMG reactions.

"The Only Way Of Getting Over Your Fears Is By Facing Them," she wrote, followed by, "I Tweet What I Feel," and, "When You're In Love You Don't Care What Someone Does As Long As They Still Love You."
Clearly, that didn't last long.

In the past, Bynes has gotten herself into a few spats with celebrities on the social media website for throwing 140 characters worth of shade at them, but a few have learned that the best way to go about feud is just to drop it. Like Cher, for example.

The legendary singer was a victim of Amanda's haterade on Twitter a few weeks ago, getting called "ugly and a flop" by the All That actress, to which Cher responded, "Who's that?"
Well, that only caused Bynes to reaffirm that, "This is my twitter. I say whatever I want. Thanks!"

So, Cher decided to take the high road and apologize. Why, you ask?

"I never understood the thing about not saying you're sorry because it's so easy…it doesn't take any time and it just dissolves all the bad feelings," Cher told News exclusively. "It just lets it go, and we can't hold on to that kind of stuff. It makes you sick."

"I feel a lot of compassion for these young kids that are growing up that don't really understand exactly what's going on. It's really rough," the Oscar winner added, noting that she prefers to serve as a mentor for younger people on Twitter, rather than argue with them. "That's why I do a lot of tweeting…I feel kind of like a mother. It's something that gives them a little insight into things and it doesn't make them think that all grownups are the enemy."
